For Fall 2020, Kindful was named as Leader in four categories: Nonprofit CRM, Donor Management, Fundraising, and Nonprofit Payment Gateway. Notably, Kindful was awarded the Best Results for G2’s Fall 2020 Nonprofit CRM Results Index. These awards are based on unbiased feedback from verified software users.

In the Nonprofit CRM category, Kindful received the following awards: Best Meets Requirements (mid-market), Best Results, Best Support (mid-market), Easiest To Do Business With (mid-market), High Performer (mid-market), Leader (small business), Leader, Momentum Leader, Most Implementable.
In the Nonprofit Payment Gateway category, Kindful received the following awards: Best Relationship and Leader.
