Am I eligible to join the Kindful Referral Program?
Kindful offers three types of referral programs: customer, affiliate, and integration. If you work for an organization that uses Kindful, you’re eligible to join the Customer Referral Program. If you work with nonprofit professionals as a consultant or thought leader, you’re eligible to join the Affiliate Referral Program. If you are a software provider that integrates with Kindful, you’re eligible to be an integration referral partner.
How much do I get paid?
Each referral program has different ways to earn. If you’re a customer, you’ll start by earning $250 for each referral that signs up for Kindful. If you’re an affiliate, you’ll start by earning 10% commission on the first year of subscription revenue we collect from the referral. If you’re an integration partner, we'll work with you to design a custom reward program. The more people you refer to Kindful, the more you can earn.
How do I get paid?
When you create an account with our partner portal, you’ll link PayPal or Stripe to your account. We’ll send your rewards securely and automatically to your account each month.
Can I send rewards to my company or organization?
You’re in control of who receives your reward. If you’d like your company or organization to receive your referral reward, you can link their Stripe or PayPal account to your partner account. You can also link your personal account and forward your rewards as you earn them.
When do I get paid?
You’ll get paid monthly. At the end of each month, we’ll review a list of all of your referrals. Once we approve them, you’ll automatically receive your rewards in your PayPal or Stripe account. You’ll be able to keep track of all of your referrals through our referral and partner portal.
How do I make sure I’m credited for my referrals?
There are two ways to refer others to Kindful. You can either share your personal referral link, or share their information directly with our team using the referral submission form (found in our partner portal). This will connect the referral with your account. You can keep track of the status of all of your referrals in our partner portal. You can always contact our team if you refer someone and their information does not appear in the portal.
Do I have to make an account with PartnerStack?
Yes, all participants of the referral program are required to use PartnerStack, the provider of our referral and partner portal. PartnerStack is where you’ll log in to get your personal referral link, keep track of your referrals, and receive your rewards automatically every month.
What if I have an issue?
