Keep your database cleaned up by consolidating duplicate contact and donor records.
You’re not limited in finding duplicate contacts. Sort by name or email to find and merge duplicate records. Filter by last name and zip code, or by phone number, to find contacts that may be part of a household. You can also filter by organization name to filter out traditional contacts.
The “merge” button creates much less stress when you can preview what the merged contact will look like. You can swap which record is more complete, and review any changes before officially merging the duplicates.
