Department: CUSTOMER SUCCESS & SUPPORT

Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Description: Entry-level position on the Support team. This person takes all new incoming calls and answers simple tickets during the standard 8-5 shift. He or she will determine the course of action or escalation path and assign calls or tickets accordingly. They will answer all simple “how-to” tickets themselves and escalate all tickets that need troubleshooting or deeper research to the relevant Support or Success team member.

You’ll manage a small team of site reliability engineers and work collaboratively with product development engineers.
